Düsseldorf: Embarkation

Embark aboard the MS VIVA ONE in vibrant Düsseldorf. Enjoy welcome drinks and the chance to roam the ship before setting sail.

Evening at leisure to sample the city’s renowned Altbier and stroll along the Rhine promenade or Königsallee.

Amsterdam: From City Streets to Canal Views

Arrive in Amsterdam. 

Discover the beauty of Amsterdam with an optional guided tour, combining a panoramic bus ride with a scenic canal cruise. Pass by landmarks such as the Centraal Station, the Heineken Brewery, the historic Jewish Quarter, and the Maritime Museum, and marvel at modern masterpieces like the Eye Filmmuseum and the A'DAM Lookout. 

Transition from the bus to a comfortable canal boat and glide through Amsterdam's UNESCO World Heritage-listed canals. Admire historic houses, charming bridges, and uncover hidden gems with fascinating stories. Enjoy a peaceful journey that captures the essence of Amsterdam's picturesque views.

Enkhuizen: "Op de koffie" meet the Dutch

Continue to Amsterdam’s attractions in the early morning.
Dock in Enkhuizen. Visit the charming Zuiderzee Museum and wander the historic harbor. Join in on the optional daily tour, experience an unforgettable cultural journey by stepping into the welcoming homes of local families and sharing a cup of coffee together. This opportunity invites you to connect with everyday life in the region, engaging in warm conversations and learning about time-honored customs and traditions.

Rotterdam: Architecture Bites

Explore Rotterdam’s unique mix of cutting-edge architecture and historic charm on a tour that highlights landmarks like the striking Erasmus Bridge, the Cube Houses, and the lively Market Hall. Inside the Market Hall—a distinctive horseshoe-shaped building with a vibrant glass facade—sample a variety of international bites, from fresh produce and gourmet cheeses to street food favorites. Antwerp: Art, Architecture & History

Explore the vibrant city of Antwerp, a lively hub in Flanders, on a sightseeing tour that blends modern flair with historic charm. Take in panoramic views from the rooftop of the MAS building and learn about the exciting transformation of Antwerp North into a trendy, up-and-coming district. Marvel at the grandeur of Central Station—often called the 'Cathedral of Art'—with its stunning architecture. Finish the journey in the historic city center, where the Cathedral of Our Lady houses masterpieces by Peter Paul Rubens, a testament to Antwerp’s artistic legacy. 

Return to Rotterdam overnight.

Willemstad & Dordrecht: Basilica Wonders and UNESCO Heritage

Arrive in Willemstad. Wander the star-shaped fortress town, cozy cafés, and birdwatching spots or join for the optional tour. Enjoy a scenic journey from the charming town of Willemstad in Brabant to the historic destination of Oudenbosch. Travel through peaceful countryside before arriving at the impressive Oudenbosch Basilica, a 19th-century replica of St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City. With its grand dome, intricate artwork, and serene atmosphere, the basilica offers a fascinating glimpse into Dutch religious and cultural heritage—an experience both beautiful and enriching.
Visit Dordrecht and join for the optional tour. Kinderdijk, a UNESCO World Heritage site, showcases a striking network of 18th-century windmills that highlight Dutch ingenuity in water management. Set in a picturesque landscape of waterways and meadows, the area offers a chance to explore historic techniques used to prevent flooding in low-lying regions. It’s a powerful symbol of the Netherlands’ ongoing relationship with water and the innovative spirit that has shaped the land.

Arnhem: Museum Kröller Müller & Van Gogh

Arrive in Arnhem in the morning.

Drive about 45 minutes to the Kröller-Müller Museum, named after Helene Kröller-Müller (1869–1939), who amassed a collection of nearly 11,500 works of art. The museum, which opened in 1938, features an impressive collection from the 19th and 20th centuries, including the world’s second largest collection of Van Gogh paintings. It also boasts one of the largest sculpture gardens in Europe. Located in the heart of Hoge Veluwe National Park—a 5,500-hectare landscape of forest, heath, grasslands, and sand dunes—the park is home to wildlife such as deer, mouflons, and wild boar. Enjoy about an hour of free time to explore the park before returning to the ship.

Depart Arnhem at 15:00.

Düsseldorf: Disembarkation

Arrive back in Düsseldorf. After breakfast onboard, disembark and head home or enjoy a final stroll in the city .
