About this trip

A bucket-list destination for many divers, the Maldives combines 1,192 stunning tropical islands with an underwater paradise. Brimming with marine wildlife, the pelagic sightings in the Maldives are spectacular. Adrenaline-filled channel drift dives can have you encounter mantas, eagle rays and various sharks such as whitetip, blacktip, oceanic silvertip, nurse and lemon shark, just to name a few.

Aside from the channel dives, diving the reefs and thilas – seamounts that host manta cleaning stations – are equally exciting. The abundance of marine life in the Maldives can be attributed to the ideal growing conditions, the turquoise waters provide plenty of nutrients for the coral reef while manta rays and whale sharks feed from the plankton as well.

This 7 night liveaboard takes you to some of the highlights of the Maldives Central Atolls, including the North and South Male Atolls, Rasdhoo Atoll, and more. A chance to discover some of the Maldives most famous dive sites, renowned for sightings of sharks, eagle rays, turtles and diverse marine life.

Sailing the turquoise expanse of the Maldives’ pristine waters, this brand new vessel is the epitome of luxury and adventure. Acting as your floating dive base, she is your gateway to a world of unparalleled underwater wonders.

Immerse yourself in a true liveaboard adventure, as you sail to some of the most coveted dive sites in the Maldives. With spacious cabins, fine dining, and top class amenities, your journey promises to be as enchanting as the aquatic marvels that await beneath the surface.

Central Atolls Diving

North & South Malé Atolls

Located near the capital city of Male, sites feature vibrant coral formations, abundant marine life, and opportunities for drift diving.

North & South Ari Atolls

These atolls are known for their vibrant coral reefs, abundant marine life, and impressive drop-offs. You can expect to encounter a wide variety of marine species, including colorful reef fish, sharks, manta rays, and even the elusive whale shark.

Rasdhoo Atoll

Diverse marine life and stunning coral formations are the order of the day here. A huge variety of fish species, including reef sharks, mantas, and eagle rays.

Vaavu Atoll

Notorious for strong currents, which attract pelagic species and create thrilling drift dives, divers can expect plenty of encounters with reef sharks,  and for the lucky ones, even hammerheads and whale sharks.

Water Temperature and Exposure Suits

Water temperatures throughout the Maldives are fairly constant at 26°-29°C (78°-84°F) throughout the year. Most guests are comfortable in a 3mm shorty or full-length wetsuit. However, those prone to feeling cold may be more comfortable in a 5mm wetsuit and are advised to bring additional thermal layers such as a vest, hood or skinsuit to wear under their wetsuit.
