I had a very good experience with the crew, Captain Mary Jo and Crew Keith. I was pleasantly surprise with the size of the boat and access to hot water if needed. Snacks, tea, brownies were available as well as water. It was a good day of diving and I will join again.

Everyone enjoyed the adventure. Dennis led the trip well and was friendly to all. The Beach Hopper was well organized and staff were friendly

The resort was very nice. The food was good and the wait staff were wonderful. Our room was great and the stay was enjoyable. The diving itself was good, although the dive-masters could have been better at pointing out many of the things we were encountering, and they should have been more careful to make sure our large group was adequately supervised and safe. That said, there were no problems and we very much enjoyed our diving there.

It was my 2nd time to LCBR. I’m very glad that I went. I had a terrific time. Accommodations are terrific. Housekeeping does a great job of taking care of things in the room. The food was excellent. There was plenty of it and lots of variety at every meal. The entire staff is very very friendly and engaged. Appreciated everyone at front desk to housekeeping to dining room staff to maintenance. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The day dive operation was great. They gave very complete briefings and posted dive profiles. The led very good dives for our group. The concierge diving experience is great and much appreciated when you don’t want to lug your tank and gear around the boat. The night dive was the exception. They packed 22 divers and only 3 staff members on the night dive boat. Only 2 DMs went in the water with all those divers. They attempted to give a dive briefing, but not much of it got through. People were going off the boat any which way. The reef took a real beating that night. There were many novice divers as well. Everyone got back to the boat ok, but it was very unorganized and chaotic in the water. I’m very surprised that they put that many divers on the boat and in the water with so few DMs and no grouping either. I heard they had technical difficulties with one of their boats and that may be why there were so many people. I wish they had told us about the large group. I would have cancelled and stayed behind. I would have had a much better evening. The night dive was the only real falling down at LCBR this trip. It was pretty significant though for a dive resort that emphasizes safety and that’s why 4/5 stars.
