About this trip

Currently, this is the last scheduled year that The Peace (or any other boat) will operate as a dive liveaboard in the Channel Islands!

Our planned itinerary for lobster trips includes the outer Channel Islands.

Join us aboard The Peace Dive Boat for an epic adventure to the Channel Islands! On this 3-day liveaboard dive trip you will have the opportunity to complete over 15 dives, including 2 night dives (conditions permitting).

The Channel Islands has some of the best diving California has to offer! These islands are world renown for the vast kelp forests that surround the islands and provide a protected environment for thousands of marine life species.

The Peace Dive Boat is equipped with an open-berth style bunk area, with single and double style bunks available. The chef aboard The Peace ensures that we have three delicious meals a day plus snacks, soft drinks, tea, coffee and fresh water available throughout the trip.

This is a recreational charter featuring: lobster diving, photography, spearfishing and continuing education opportunities.

Please note - The Peace does not provide dive guides, all diving off The Peace is unguided diving. Enriched Air Nitrox is available at an additional charge, payable to The Peace.

Please Note: Many dives on this charter will involve advanced diving conditions. Divers who do not have the appropriate certifications or experience—such as deep, night, or limited visibility diving—may be required to skip in certain dives. If you’re interested in these types of dives, we encourage you to contact Dolphin Scuba for information on available training courses or be prepared to provide supporting dive logs.

Please note: A standard credit card processing fee will apply to payments made by credit card for this trip. Paying directly via bank transfer (ACH) incurs no additional charges.

Getting There

Address of Harbor : 1591 Spinnaker Drive Dock E-1 Ventura, CA 93001

Boarding Time: 7:00PM - 8:30PM

Final Boarding Time: 8:30PM

On 3/12/26, travel down to Ventura. Plan on arriving in the evening no earlier than 6:00PM. This should give you plenty of time to pick up last minute items, get something to eat, and get ready to load gear onto the boat. Boarding starts at: 7:00PM, and ends at 8:30 PM.

There will be a mandatory safety meeting that night at 9:00PM that all passengers are required to attend and participate in. The crew will have a general check in where they will ask for cert cards and fishing licenses. After the meeting, the rest of the evening is yours. This is a great opportunity for you to set up your gear for a head start in the morning. Most divers will call it an early night to prepare for the next morning. After, if you plan on leaving the boat for any reason please notify a trip leader before doing so.

Protect Your Trip and Diving Adventure

For all travelers joining us on dive trips we recommend DiveAssure for dive accident insurance and travel insurance. Dive accident insurance can protect you in the event of a dive-related injury and is strongly recommended for all of our guests. Travel insurance can protect you in the event of an unexpected trip cancellation or trip interruption and can also cover lost or damaged luggage expenses, unexpected itinerary changes, and more.
